GDPR
GDPR - NEW DATA PROTECTION REGULATION
In May 2018 a new data protection regulation - the general data protection regulation will be introduced. The purpose is to increase your ability to determine how companies and organizations handle data about you and the data created when you use their services or products, for example.
The regulation means, among other things, that we may need your approval to handle certain data while you are a customer and to market us against you.
The regulation, also known as the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), replaces what is today PUL (Personal Data Act). The regulation will be introduced simultaneously throughout the EU on May 25, 2018.
When you become a customer, you agree that we are authorized to handle the data you provide at registration (name, company name, phone number, image and email address).
How long we save data
Customer data is saved as long as you are a FastOut customer. Exceptions apply to such substrates that must be stored by law, eg. Accounting Act.
If you wish to withdraw your approval to save personal information, your account will also be terminated. This is easiest for you by logging into your account and going to settings.
If you want to see what data we have on you as a customer, please contact us at gdpr@fastout.com and we will get back to you within 30 days.
